By using BestSlip you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not to be impenetrable; if something here is unclear, ask us.

1. What the service is

BestSlip is an independent odds comparison and betting analytics platform. We are not a sportsbook and we do not facilitate wagering. We display prices that sportsbooks have published, calculate what bets would return, and let you record and measure your own results.

BestSlip does not accept bets or deposits. There is no mechanism on this site to place a wager, fund an account or withdraw money. Any bet you place is placed with a sportsbook, under that sportsbook's own terms, and we are not a party to it.

2. Nothing here is advice

Everything on this site is informational. Articles explain how betting markets work; calculators perform arithmetic on numbers you supply. Neither predicts the outcome of any event, and neither is financial, investment or betting advice. No result is guaranteed, and every bet can lose.

3. Accuracy of odds and information

We make a serious effort to display prices accurately, and we still cannot guarantee it. Odds move constantly, feeds lag, and a price shown here may no longer be available at the sportsbook that posted it. Always confirm the price at the sportsbook before betting. Odds shown are demo data for product development, not live sportsbook prices.

Calculations are performed on the inputs you provide. If the inputs are wrong, the output will be wrong, and a parlay calculator cannot know whether the selections you typed are correlated.

4. Eligibility

You must be of legal age to bet where you live in order to use the betting-related features of this site. Sports betting eligibility, legal age and available support resources vary by state and province. Check the rules where you live. It is your responsibility to know and follow the law in your jurisdiction.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for anything done through your account. Do not use someone else's account or share yours. We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service, to scrape it at volume, or to break these terms.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to interfere with, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or to other users' data.
• Do not scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other people.
• Do not republish our content as your own. Quoting an article with attribution and a link is welcome.

7. Sportsbooks and third parties

Sportsbook names are used to identify publicly posted odds. BestSlip claims no partnership or affiliation with them. Links to external sites are provided for reference, and we are not responsible for their content, their terms or their conduct.

8. Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BestSlip is not liable for betting losses, for decisions made on the basis of information shown here, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page records when they last changed, and continuing to use the service after a change means accepting it.
